Why is trust

So hard to achieve?

I say you can trust me

But nobody believes

I stick out my neck

And I trust you

Why can't you do the same

Is that too much to do?

But it's fine, go on

All I did was care

But the fact you don't trust me

Makes life unfair

But I'll get through

Don't worry about me

I trust you

I believe what I see
